I injured my foot while running, so I thought I'd help heal a bit. I ice my foot about 15 minutes a day with a pack called "Therapearl". I also take ibuprofen. During the day I use
KT Tape to wrap my foot and when I feel aggravated that I can't workout the way I want to, I eat some Thrifty Ice Cream. Ice Cream always make me feel better!
