I love the idea of re-using tins! I did this at my old job, since my previous boss would not throw anything away, I tried my best to re-use all the time by using the old tea tins as containers for my desk. Now that I have found a new place I am really interested in saving money and upcycling old and vintage items! Here are some great ideas below that I'll be trying in my home soon.

Moving...
I will be moving these next two weeks, which means that I won't have too much time to blog as much as I have been. But I will be adding to the "Inspirational" page on my blog. These posts will include videos that have inspired me and others as well. I will also have time to post some of the items that I will be buying or am very interested in buying for my new home, enjoy!

Cause for Creativity
The Santa Monica Museum of Art has an annual event called, "Cause for Creativity: Tour da Arts", being underemployed last year I was able to donate my time as a Volunteer. I meet some great people, friends and helped many Cyclists and Museum Patrons register for the event! This year I will be a rider and I am so excited to see what I missed out on because I was working last year. Please watch this video (I am in the video at 00:25) and if you are going, I'll see you there!

Wonder Woman
Although I'm not much of a comic book fan, I was given a Wonder Woman Cup when I was a little girl and I took her everywhere. When I was about 5 or so I went to Mexico with my family, with the cup in hand. However, when we went into a taxi to our final destination, I realized that I left the cup in the taxi. Devastated, I never forgot how upset I was with myself. Fortunately, over 20 years later I found another one at MauraBee ! I really appreciate Etsy and this seller, I am so glad to have another chance to take good care of this cup!

To Facebook or Not to Facebook?
(Nürnberg, Germany)
But let me go back and review my online outlets for Sea Sand Vintage:
The store is on Etsy.com, the updates are on Twitter (which is connected to Instagram) and this blog on Blogger to share my etsy store updates, and personal updates about my life.
I think that more than enough as I do have a full time job, currently looking to move and have a social life (including my hobby of selling online). So, I believe that for now, I am alright with these Social Media Outlets I am using, but if anyone thinks that Facebook would be useful please let me know.

New Fabrics!
After over a month of not posting any new fabric on Sea Sand Vintage, I finally had time for these photo-shoots, research on the fabric and posting on Etsy!

Featured Seller: Lizbeth Navarro Ceramics
Previously, I worked for an Art Gallery in California where I meet Artist Lizbeth Navarro, who was accepted into the last Exhibit I Co-Curated. I love her work and you should check out her website: http://www.lizbethnavarro.com. Surprisingly, I ran into her while at Renegade, I saw the Deers and know it was her, I will definitely be decorating my home with some of her pieces!

I have been doing this Instagram Photo Project created by Fat Mum Slim. I thought that would continue to show my previous photo on my blog to try to catch up, and show my new followers my previous March photos.
