Holiday Candle Review: Fireside
This Fireside candle has the scent of nutmeg, incense and patchouli combined with oakmoss, amber and cedar. I found it at Anthropologie for $38.00. The candle has three wicks and it's by Illume. The glass is Mercury Moonglow, with a green tone along the top part of the glass.
I was looking for a smooth smelling holiday candle that didn't smell like a Starbucks drink. I do prefer musky, woodland scents to sweet food type of smells. This candle smells like a bonfire in the woods in the best way possible. It's subtle, relaxing and very comforting. I wasn't planning on spending so much on a candle, but I couldn't put it down, I needed this in my life! I am really glad that purchased it, I'll already need to buy another one soon because it's already half gone. I've used it a lot and my apartment smells amazing because of it. This is a great gift and perfect for any home too. Treat yourself and buy this candle!

Happy Spring!
Unfortunately, I don't know what type of flower plant that my grandmother gave me but it's bloomed! I was exited that the flowers were white so that it matches my bathroom better. It's exciting to see a plant that I've cared for, grow. I'll do more research on what type of flower I have, but I will have a few plants to plant in my front porch soon.

Valentine's Day Card Project
I have been wanting to use these plastic test tubes from the Martha Stewart Collection at Michael's for Halloween craft projects. I finally had all of the pieces for this special Valentine's Day Card Project. The baker's twine is from Paper Pastries, the heart stickers are from Inspire Lovely, and the "You Are Loved" washi tape is re-used from the gift bag from the Oh, Hello Friend store opening.
Step 1: Attach tape to twine with tape or glue.
Step 2: Cut twine according to your preferred size.
Step3: Attach twine to cork with a push pin or staple.
Step 4: Add a heart sticker to the top of the cork.
