Swan Lake

My cousin invited me to see a performance of Swan Lake! I had never seen it, and while I am familiar with the arts I am the least knowledgeable about Ballet. But the evening was lovely and I enjoyed spending time with my family. The performance and photos are haunting and lovely.

Upcycling this Vintage Vanity (Part Two)

Spackling and Sanding is essential when you want to re-paint any wooden surface. This desk has definitely seen some hard times, but spackling the holes that once held the Vanity mirror and a nice sanding, with some tender loving care should change this into a lovely desk.
The paint is spray paint - Metallic Silver!

The last steps will be shellacking and chair shopping!

Mouse Love

I have to say when I saw these adorable mice from Mouse Trap Vintage, I knew it was a need, not a want! Haha! They were just so cute and a great idea from Sarah Brown, Shop Owner. As soon as I opened the package, my cats went crazy for this mouse!

Happy Valentine's Day

Growing up, my Mom always made Valentine's Day a Special Day for her daughters an her. So Every Valentine's Day we get each other gifts. My Mom's favorite animal is the Hammerhead Shark and I finally found something Cute and Adorable with a Hammerhead Shark at Le Animale!

My Sister is a Camera Collector, I believe she has 4 different Polaroid Cameras, 2 Canons and 2 other cameras from her Childhood. She has always wanted a Diana Lomo Camera and I'm so happy that I found this one at Urban Outfiters.



Lastly, I ordered this bracelet at The Pink Ruffle for myself, I'm using this Valentine's Day as a Treat Yo Self Day. Actually, I just realized that everything I bought is Teal! Total Coincidence!



My Sister also got something for her boyfriend, it's a very cute sweatshirt. (They are both Cat People FYI)
